Athletic shoes or walking sandals for hiking
Sleepwear/loungewear
Toiletries and personal care items
Sunscreen & lip balm
Water bottle (refillable)
Journal & pen (we'll also be gifting one in your wellness tote!)
Any medications or supplements you regularly take
Valid ID and health insurance card (just in case)
WELLNESS ITEMS
Yoga mat (optional – we’ll provide mats, but feel free to bring your own)
Comfy blanket for the Sound Bath and other restorative sessions
Eye mask or sleep mask
Small pillow or bolster (if you like extra support for seated or lying positions)
OPTIONAL, BUT NICE TO HAVE
A favorite book or something inspiring to read
Noise-canceling headphones or earplugs
Slippers or cozy socks
Essential oils or personal grounding items
